Refund Policy
All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and AI-generated content through Website Clarity Coach AI™ are non-refundable.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products and AI-generated content, all sales are final. Once content has been generated, downloaded, or accessed, no refunds will be provided.
Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your Pro ($47/month) or Premium ($147/month) subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will retain access to all features until your paid period ends
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
How to Cancel
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Cancel your subscription from your account settings
- You'll receive a confirmation email once cancellation is complete
Subscription Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
- If you forget to cancel before renewal, the charge is non-refundable
